Microsoft Acquisition – Globes

Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) is in final talks to acquire Israel-based IoT cybersecurity company CyberX for $165M, according to Globes sources. The company’s algorithms analyze network transmissions for anomalies in machine to machine communications. Clients include enterprises in energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and more.
